What is the Field PTO Auction?
The annual Auction & Fundraiser is Field Elementary's largest fundraising initiative for the year. All contributions help fund improvements to the school, teacher/staff training, classroom materials, field trips, and much more. The Auction is a fun way to spend an evening socializing with other members of the Field community. We invite everyone to join us for dinner, dancing, and bidding. Adults only!
How does the auction work? How can I bid?
The Silent Auction link will be shared prior to the night of the event. All bidding will be done digitally. In the days before the event, you will receive text and email messages with instructions on how to bid using our mobile device. Tell grandparents, other family, and friends who might want to support the school to register on the site so they can also bid on some fun things for their loved ones. (Because you know those grandparents want to help secure a sign up party!) It's for the kids, after all!
What can I bid on?
Auction items range from tangible items (ex: tickets to an event, beauty basket items, exercise classes, birthday party packages, etc) to experiences (ex: your kids get to have lunch with their favorite teacher, get a message on the marquee, summer camps, music lessons, etc) and the ever popular FUNDRAISING SOCIALS/ sign up parties!
How much are tickets and what is included?
There are 3 options for purchasing your ticket! Each ticket includes food, a welcome drink, commemorative drinkware, entertainment and the chance to bid on our special live auction items! Admission is included when purchasing a table. There will be enough seating / cocktail tables for everyone! Non-reserved tables are first come, first served. There will be cash bar at the event with reasonably priced drinks.

2 Reserved seats: $200

What is a fundraising social/sign up party?
A social event put on by a small-ish group (depending on the event/location) with a fun or unique activity or theme, that helps raise money for Field Elementary, as a part of the annual Auction & Fundraiser. Think Mom's (or Dad's) Night Out, grade level party, cooking class, movie night, game night, pool party, etc. The exclusive events are planned, hosted and sponsored by Field family(s) or teacher(s) with tickets sold during the auction.
Hosts choose the time, place, number and type of attendees (“adults,” “grade specific", “1st grade families,” etc.), and ticket price. Events should occur post-auction through the summer.
Are masks required? What should I wear?
Masks are not required, nor is formal attire. The key to dressing for a Mardi Gras themed party is to wear something fun, colorful, and comfortable! Get into the Mardi Gras spirit by wearing the traditional colors of purple, green and gold, feathers, sequin, costumes or truly whatever your heart desires!
Are kids invited? Is childcare provided?
The auction is an adult's only event. Childcare will not be provided at this time.
How can I make our Auction successful?
Obviously the first way to support is to buy your ticket and come ready to outbid your friends! But we have other ways to help:
- Become an Auction Sponsor
- Donate items to our auction that people can bid on
- Host a Sign Up Party with friends
- Join the planning committee
- Invite your friends & family for a night of fun
- Bid online! Just register on the website and enter in your information for text updates
- Make a donation through the auction website that can go toward teacher's tickets (Coming soon!)
What if I cannot attend the Auction?
