Join us for the adults only Silent Auction & Fundraiser - food, dancing, drinks, live music and an all around great time with our Field Community!


Bid on incredible items donated by the local community. All proceeds will support Field Elementary - Arts programs, Teacher support, Field trips and much more! We are aiming to set a new record this year! 


It truly takes a village! We hope you will consider supporting Field Elementary and the fundraiser by donating, attending and bidding in our auction. 





How much are tickets and what is included?

There are 3 options for purchasing your ticket! Each ticket includes food, a welcome drink, commemorative drinkware, entertainment and the chance to bid on our special live auction items! Admission is included when purchasing a table. There will be enough seating / cocktail tables for everyone! Non-reserved tables are first come, first served. There will be cash bar at the event with reasonably priced drinks.


Single ticket: $50
2 Reserved seats: $200
Reserved table (for 8): $800

We need your help! HOST A FUNDRAISING SOCIAL (also known as a SIGN UP PARTY)!

Think about hosting a fundraising social! Host a fun-filled activity for the kids or much deserved adult-night out (or in!)


What is a Fundraising Social/ Sign up party?
A social event put on by a small-ish group (depending on the event/location) with a fun or unique activity or theme. These parties help raise money for Field Elementary PTO, as a part of the annual Auction & Fundraiser.


Want to host but not sure how? Think Mom's (or Dad's) Night Out, Grade level party, Cooking class, Grilling lesson, Movie night, Crafting, Game night, Pool party, Spa day and etc. These exclusive events are to be planned, hosted and sponsored by only Field families or teachers, and the tickets will be sold during the auction night. 


Note: Hosts choose the time, place, ticket price and number/type of attendees (i.e. grade specific, adults, 1st grade families, ladies and etc). Events should occur post-auction through July 2024.


If you are willing to donate an item to our auction, please complete the Auction Donation Form! Here are some popular auction items and ideas.

  • Parties: Get together with your friends, pick a date & host a dinner party or a unique themed kids' party! 
  • Tickets: Theatre, sporting events, concerts, etc.
  • Travel: Vacation homes, airline tickets, hotel packages
  • Jewelry: Your custom creations or a gem from your own collection...always a good seller, and after all, you can never have enough jewelry!
  • Small Business: Products or services from your business
  • Home services: babysitting, lawn work, photo scanning, computer work, etc.
  • Re-Gifting is Welcome! Did you receive a gift card or an appliance that you don’t need or won’t use? Donate it!
