Volunteering at Field!
The PTO could not do all of the amazing things it does without the dedicated group of volunteers who are so generous with their time and efforts. Involvement with the PTO is a wonderful way to get to know the school, staff, students and other parents. There are many different ways to get involved. We encourage you to learn more about the events and activities that the PTO sponsors and volunteer where you can.
All volunteers who will be working with students on campus or on field trips need to be registered through the school district’s Volunteers in Public Schools program, or VIPS. For more information, click here.

We are looking for volunteers on Tuesday & Wednesday mornings from October – May to help the classes plant, weed, water and more.

Volunteering starts at 8am and ends at 12pm. We have 20 minute shifts throughout that time span. Only time for one class? We’d love to have you! Get dirty, have fun, and be a part of the flourishing gardens at Field. No gardening experience? No problem! We have a lot of parents learning. Simple lessons are shared each week to help guide a class of 8-9 students maximum. All supplies are provided.
Leo the Lion Volunteers Needed!
We would love to have Leo visit during our Field Spirit Night and other events for about 30 minutes during peak times if possible. Please sign up if you would like to dress up as Leo (costume provided by Field PTO). Kids absolutely love it!
Dollar Dress Friday
Every first Friday of the month volunteers are needed to collect $1 and issue stamps to our fashionably dressed students. Volunteers are needed from 7:00am - 7:45am! You must be registered and approved through the VIPS system. This is a fun and easy way to help the PTO raise funds for our Field Lions!

Join the Pride and get involved! You can play a vital role in the success of our programs and events at Field Elementary even if you aren’t able to be at school. Join us as we continue to foster community, support school needs, and enrich students' experiences! Your valuable time and dedication can make all the difference. Together, let's ensure a vibrant future for our Field community.

Campus Improvement Committee
We are looking for volunteers to join our campus improvement committee. We have a mix of indoor and outside activities to help keep Field in top condition for our students!
